Services Screen

AutoMation Premium allows the operator to sell services on a fixed (parts included) or non-fixed price basis (parts plus labour). Services can also contain a parts kit, standard text and attachments, to simplify the addition of text to a standard invoice or job card there are two text databases that can be linked to the service. Selecting text lines from these databases will automatically insert text to the work done field or print an attachment to the invoice as a checklist.

Automate

Service records control the next service due, loyalty triggers, point allocation, redemption value and the issuing of roadside assistance. It is also possible to view the transaction history for a single service from the service form.
