Does Automation Premium Support Network Configurations. |
| Yes. The software supports Microsoft Networking. The Database can be accessed and updated on multiple computers at the same time. | |

How would it handle 2 or more Networked Computers trying to update the same Customer. |
| If one user is updating Customer A and another user tries to update the same Customer A, then the second user will get an error message informing them that the current record is being updated by another user. | |

How many concurrent users can I have accessing/updating the program at the same time. |
| We recommend no more than 25 simultaneous users, but the theoretical limit is 255 users. | |

Does your program integrate with other automotive programs. |
| At present Automation Premium can integrate with Repco's ASQ (Auto Service Quote) AutoTech (Technical Database) & Partsworks (Parts Lookup & Online ordering system). Also the Australian Taxation Office program TWC (Tax Withhold Calculator). | |

| Your .mdb Database file can be up to 1GB in Size. Which is probably more than you'll ever use in a lifetime | |

| Yes. It supports Work Orders and Estimates. | |

Can the program track Vehicle Maintenance Schedules. |
| Yes. The vehicle servicing screen records service details. Functions allow the operator to add/edit or remove scheduled services, follow on services are recorded on the customers invoice including in the marketing module ready for service reminder Letters/Email/SMS communications to be sent to the customer. | |

Can Automation Premium track my Inventory Quantities. |
| Yes. Automation Premium has full Inventory (Category Management) control including History, Reordering, Mark-up & Reporting functions. | |

Does Automation Premium support Exporting Reports to different Formats. |
| Yes. You can export all reports in various formats such as: PDF, Crystal Reports, Lotus Notes 123, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, all forms of Text inc CSV, Paginated Text & TSV. | |

Do I need an Internet connection to use Automation Premium. |
| No. You do not need an Internet connection to use Automation Premium but having one will provide you with a greater functionality in areas such as Microbase Support and third party connectivity. | |

What paper do I need to print invoices on. |
| Automation Premium is designed to use either blank A4 or Letter size paper. You can use any printer using these sizes provided it will print to A4 or Letter size. This includes dot matrix (impact printers) provided they will print out A4 or Letter size. | |
